LHY型-電動葫蘆橋式起重機,天車,行車, (簡稱冶金葫蘆雙)是以固定式鋼絲繩葫蘆作為起升機構(gòu),安裝在集中驅(qū)動的雙軌小車上,與雙梁橋架配套使用.主要用于機械制造車間、倉庫、料場、水電站檢修、裝配等場所。
本系列產(chǎn)品設(shè)有司機室操縱和地面操縱兩種形式。

1、主梁特點，從普通A3雙梁起重機，升級到A6級別，工作級別上升2級。工作制度更高，主梁強度更大，并在起重機底部加注隔熱防護層，內(nèi)填充隔熱石棉。以預(yù)防高溫熔融金屬對起重機的炙烤，防止起重機主梁變形，

2、機構(gòu)部分：所有運行機構(gòu)增加防護等級，由于環(huán)境溫度的上升，所有運行電機的防護等級增加為H級絕緣。，冶金專用吊鉤，耐高溫鋼芯鋼絲繩，冶金電動葫蘆，硬齒面減速機，電動葫蘆增加雙制動單元。

3、電器部分：增加耐高溫電纜，電控部分防護等級更高。

注：Gn=起重額定噸位 S=跨度（左軌道中心至右軌道中心的距離） H=提升高度（地面至吊鉤最高點的距離)

LHY - type electrical hoist bridge crane,crown block,travelling crane,(for short double metallurgy hoist) equipped with fixed wire rope hoist as lifting mechanism, installed in the centralized driven dual track car, with double girder frame. Mainly used for mechanical manufacturing workshop, warehouse, yard, hydropower station, maintenance, assembly and so on.
This series product is equipped with the driver room manipulation and ground controlling two forms.
1, Characteristics of main girder, from ordinary A3 double beam crane upgrade to the level of A6, work level upgrade to 2 levels rise.Higher working system, main girder more strength and refill insulation protective layer at the bottom of the crane, fill inside insulation asbestos.In order to prevent high temperature molten metal to grilled crane and prevent deformation of crane girder.
